El dato surge de un relevamiento de CAME, publicado en marzo con motivo del Mes de la Mujer, y da cuenta de las brechas de género que subsisten en el sistema empresarial Pyme.
De acuerdo con el informe de Mujeres Empresarias CAME (MECAME), el 12,3% de las industrias encuestadas son propiedad exclusiva de mujeres, frente al 56,2% cuya propiedad pertenece solamente a hombres, y al 31,5% que es compartida por personas de ambos sexos. Si se suma la propiedad exclusiva femenina con la compartida, en el 43,8% de las pymes industriales relevadas participa una mujer. Los rubros donde más presente está el género femenino son Alimentos y Bebidas (53%) y Textil e Indumentaria (49%). En lo que menos: Metal, Maquinaria y Equipo y Material de Transporte (39,8%) y Papel e Impresiones (36,5%).
En cuanto a la toma de decisiones, las mujeres deciden solas en el 9,8% de las pymes que participaron de la encuesta, mientras que los hombres lo hacen en el 56%. En el 34,2% de las empresas, las decisiones son compartidas por ambos. Por eso, en el 44% hay una mujer en la toma de decisiones, ya sea en forma única o compartida con un hombre.
Los rubros en los que mayor representación femenina hubo en la toma de decisiones fueron Alimentos y Bebidas (49,4%); Textil e Indumentaria (47,1%); Madera y Muebles (46,4%); Químicos (46,2%); Maquinaria y Equipo (38,7%) y Papel e Impresiones (36,5%).
Comerciantes
En lo que a comercio respecta, el 29,3% de los locales comerciales son propiedad de mujeres, frente al 46,9% que pertenecen a hombres, y al 23,8% que comparten personas de ambos géneros. Si se suma la propiedad exclusiva con la compartida, en el 53,1% de las pymes comerciales relevadas participa una mujer. Los rubros con mayor presencia femenina son Perfumería (71,7%) y Calzado y Marroquinería (61,3%). Alimentos y Bebidas (48,9%) y Ferretería y Materiales Eléctricos y de la Construcción (33,5%) son los que tienen menos representación femenina
En cuanto a la toma de decisiones, las mujeres deciden solas en el 25,4% de las pymes que participaron de la encuesta, mientras que los hombres lo hacen en el 41,6%. En el 33% de las empresas, las decisiones son compartidas por ambos. Por eso, en el 58,4% hay una mujer en la toma de decisiones, ya sea en forma única o compartida con un hombre.
La participación femenina en la toma de decisiones en cuanto a rubros fue: Perfumería (75,5%); Textil e Indumentaria (66,3%); Calzado y Marroquinería (64,5%); Farmacia (59,4%); Alimentos y Bebidas (57,1%); Bazar, Decoración y Muebles (55,8%); Ferreterías, Materiales Eléctricos y de la Construcción (38,7%).
Obstáculos y brechas de género
El relevamiento también indagó sobre las principales dificultades y obstáculos para las empresarias.
el 37,7% de las empresarias encuestadas consideró que su género implicó algún tipo de obstáculo para su desarrollo profesional. En ese sentido, los principales desafíos que afirman haber enfrentado son:
Dificultades para conciliar la vida laboral y familiar debido a expectativas sociales tradicionales: 36,5%
Falta de reconocimiento y valoración de mis capacidades debido a prejuicios de género: 26%
Limitaciones en el acceso a oportunidades de capacitación o formación específicas para mujeres líderes: 12,2%
Asimismo, 26,8% de las participantes de la encuesta aseguró haber tenido obstáculos para establecer conexiones empresariales por su condición de mujer.
