Ante la consulta sobre cómo esperan que evolucione la demanda interna durante el segundo trimestre de 2024 , el 51,9% de los industriales consultados por Indec respondió que la demanda caerá, mientras que el 36% dijo que no habrá cambios.
Un régimen de inversiones contra la producción local
A la caída de la demanda interna se le suma el Régimen Integral de Grandes Inversiones RIGI incorporado en la Ley Bases. que ya tiene media sanción en Diputados, las empresas extranjeras “podrán producir con beneficios extremos y exportar libremente, sin abastecer al mercado local”.
Economistas de CEPA destacaron que además, «no hay transferencia tecnológica, sino que se beneficia al inversor extranjero, porque el local debe pagar aranceles por los insumos necesarios para producir el mismo bien de capital. Tampoco hay política de desarrollo de proveedores. No exige agregación de valor. A ello se debe añadir que los adheridos al RIGI no tendrán obligación de comercializar productos en Argentina”.
La UIA emitió un comunicado advirtiendo que podría fomentar la competencia desleal en detrimento de los proveedores nacionales”. Y desde Industriales Pymes Argentinas (IPA) denunciaron que Así como está, el proyecto es un ataque al sector industrial.Vamos a solicitar reunión con todos los bloques”,
