El grado de adopción de estas tecnologías es mayor en aquellas empresas «nativas digitales», que en las del mundo físico, así como la confianza en «estar preparadas para su adopción».
En Argentina, la principal motivación para invertir en IA es «no quedarse atrás de la competencia», mientras que en otros países (la encuesta fue regional), lidera «aumentar la productividad y las ventas».
